House Rules

1. General conduct Guests are expected to behave respectfully and to treat the property, neighbours, and surroundings with care. We kindly ask all guests to maintain a peaceful environment throughout their stay.

2. Occupancy Only the guests registered in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. Visitors are not permitted unless previously agreed with the host. The maximum occupancy of the accommodation must be strictly respected.

3. Check-in / Check-out Check-in: from 2:00 PM (or as agreed) Check-out: by 11:00 AM (or as agreed) Late check-out or early check-in is subject to availability and prior approval.

4. Noise and respect for neighbours To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, excessive noise is not allowed, especially during night hours. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

5. Smoking Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (if applicable). Smoking inside the property is not allowed.

6. Pets Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed in advance.

7. Damage and breakages Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or equipment during their stay. Any repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

8. Cleanliness Guests are expected to keep the accommodation in a reasonable condition during their stay and leave it in an acceptable condition upon departure.

9. Safety Please ensure that doors and windows are properly closed when leaving the property. The management is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

10. Swimming pool (if applicable) Guests must respect pool safety rules. Children must always be supervised by an adult.

11. Compliance Failure to respect these house rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.
