Cancellation Policy

1. Free cancellation (14 days or more)

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the arrival date (local check-in time) entitle you to a full refund of the deposit (30%).

2. Late cancellation (less than 14 days)

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date will result in the retention of the deposit (30%).

The balance already paid will be refunded.

3. No-show

In case of no-show on the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be issued, including the deposit and any balance paid.

4. Early departure

In case of early departure, no refund will be given for unused nights.

5. Payment of the balance

The balance (70%) must be paid 10 days before arrival, according to the instructions sent after booking.

For last-minute bookings (less than 10 days before arrival), the full balance will be required.

In the event of non-payment of the balance within the deadline, the reservation may be cancelled without refund of the deposit.

6. Cancellation by the owner

In the event of cancellation by the owner, the traveler will be fully refunded for all sums paid.

7. Force majeure

In the event of exceptional circumstances beyond the control of the parties (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), the conditions may be reassessed on a case-by-case basis.
